According to the Zhitong Finance App, Global Printing House (08448) announced that on November 20, 2023, Global Printing Group (as lessee), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a lease agreement with Mutual Benefit (as lessor). Global Printing Group has agreed to lease such properties for a period of 26 months from December 1, 2023 to January 31, 2026 (including the first and last two days).
Such properties under the lease agreement are: warehouse A1 on the 2nd floor of Tsing Yi Industrial Centre Phase I, 1-33 Cheung Tsing Road, Tsing Yi, New Territories, Hong Kong; warehouse A2 on the 2nd floor of Phase 1, Tsing Yi Industrial Centre, 1-33 Cheung Tsing Road, Tsing Yi, New Territories, Hong Kong; warehouse A3 on the 2nd floor of Phase 1, Tsing Yi Industrial Centre, 1-33 Cheung Tsing Road, Tsing Yi, New Territories, Hong Kong; and A4 warehouse on the 2nd floor of Phase 1, Tsing Yi Industrial Centre, 1-33 Cheung Tsing Road, Tsing Yi, New Territories, Hong Kong (including platform).
The Group has prematurely terminated the leases of various properties located in Kwun Tong. Since these properties are located in the same building as the Group's existing logistics center, the Board believes that leasing such properties for expansion rather than leasing previously located properties in Kwun Tong can improve the Group's overall business efficiency and reduce operating costs.
