- Oroco Resource (OTCQB:ORRCF) has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $2.5M through the issuance of up to 6.25M units at a price of $0.40/Unit.
- Each Unit is comprised of one common share in the equity of the Co. and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional Share for a period of 18 months from the closing date for $0.65.
- The Co. intends to use the net proceeds of the Private Placement for working capital to advance its Santo Tomas project and for general corporate purposes.
