The board of directors further announced that in accordance with the recommendations of the Audit Committee, Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. has been appointed as the company's new auditor, effective November 17, 2023, to fill the temporary vacancies that occurred after the resignation of Lixin Dehao Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. for a term of office until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
