Gelonghui November 17丨Century Sunshine (00509.HK) announced that since the Group and Guowei Certified Public Accountants Limited (“Guowei”) were unable to agree on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023 (“FY2023”), Guowei has resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 17, 2023.
After considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has been decided to appoint Shanghui Pak Shing Certified Public Accountants Limited (“Shanghui Pak Shing”) as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancies that occurred after Guowei resigned, effective November 17, 2023. The term of office of Sang Pak Shing will be until the end of the company's next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
