According to the Zhitong Finance App, Agile Holdings (00186) announced that the group expects to make a profit of about HK$80 million to HK$110 million during the six-month period ending September 30, 2023, while losing about HK$26 million in the same period last year.
According to the announcement, the expected loss to profit is mainly due to a new round of property completed and delivered area increases in the current period, which confirms the corresponding increase in sales revenue; and the income from the sale of a subsidiary during this period (corresponding period: none).
