Glonghui November 17 | Dachang Group (00088.HK) announced that the Group expects the net profit attributable to corporate equity holders recorded in the six months ended September 30, 2023 to be not less than HK$35 million, while the net loss for the same period in 2022 was HK$33.1 million.
The Group expects the performance of the period to turn a loss into a profit, mainly due to (i) improved sales of the Group's properties; (ii) interest income increased due to rising interest rates; and (iii) benefiting from the resumption of business and tourism activities, the Group's associated company, experienced a significant improvement in the performance of Hospitality Hotels Limited.
