According to the news, according to documents disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 4, Wu Zhijian increased his holdings of 500,000 H-shares guaranteed by Zhongying Shengda Finance at an average price of HK$0.696 per share on August 28, worth about HK$348,000. Previously, Zhongying Shengda Finance Guarantee announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, with revenue of 160 million yuan (RMB, same below), up 0.6% year on year; profit attributable to shareholders was 19.98 million yuan, down 23.7% year on year; and basic profit per share was 0.01 yuan.
The Group's total guarantee fee revenue increased by about 19.33% year-on-year to 106 million yuan. This increase is mainly due to the fact that for the Foshan Finance Guarantee Fund project implemented from June 4, 2022, the Group should receive a subsidy of 1% of the actual turnover for loan guarantee projects where the guarantee interest rate is reduced to no more than 1% per year; and the total amount of financing guarantees issued has increased from 4.357 billion yuan as of December 31, 2022 to 5.05 billion yuan as at June 30, 2023.
