Yu Cheng Logistics (08489) announced that since the company and Ernst & Young (Ernst & Young) failed to reach an agreement on the proposed review fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023 (fiscal year 2023), EY has resigned as the company's auditor at the request of the board of directors, effective November 16, 2023.
Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors has voted to appoint Tianzhi Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants Limited (Tianzhi) as the company's new auditor, effective November 16, 2023, to fill the temporary vacancies after Ernst & Young's resignation. Tenzhiji will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
