According to the Zhitong Finance App, Juteng International (03336) announced that on November 16, 2023, Dongxu (Vietnam), an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and Huang Shengda Company entered into a Dongxu sublease agreement to acquire land use rights that had been returned to plot B3, at a maximum cost of about US$1,388,000.
Juteng (Vietnam) has entered into a supplementary agreement to return the returned land to Huang Shengda Company. At the same time, the Group also plans to lay the foundation for production facilities for supporting products for the Group's terminal products in Vietnam. In order to better differentiate production lines and divide the different products produced by the Group in Vietnam, the Group decided to sign a Dongxu sublease agreement through Dongxu (Vietnam) to acquire land use rights that have been returned to plot B3. Plot B3, which has been returned, will eventually be used as a production plant to manufacture supporting parts for electronic products used in downstream production within the group (not the main components of electronic products such as notebook computer cases and auto parts produced by Juteng (Vietnam)).
