According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Parenting Network (01736) announced that according to the subscription agreement, the convertible stock will expire on the sixth month from the date of issue. The parties to the subscription agreement entered into an amended and re-subscribed subscription agreement on November 15, 2023, to specify that the purchaser may, at its sole discretion, extend the maturity date of the convertible notes for another six months. Except as disclosed above, all other terms and conditions of the subscription agreement remain unchanged and are in full force and effect in all respects.
