According to the Zhitong Finance App, Acer Group Holdings (01718) announced that the Group expects to achieve a net profit of no less than HK$16 million in the six months ending September 30, 2023, while the net profit for the same period in 2022 is approximately HK$473,000.
The anticipated increase in the Group's net profit is mainly due to the increase in the bid prices of the new tender projects, which increased the gross margin of the Foundation Construction Division and the Land Survey Division; and the partial repayment of impairment losses previously confirmed on trade receivables with credit impairment and loans receivable with credit impairment.
