Xperi Inc.’s Promising Revenue Turnaround and Growth Prospects: A Buy Rating Analysis

BWS Financial analyst Hamed Khorsand has maintained their bullish stance on XPER stock, giving a Buy rating today.

Hamed Khorsand’s buy rating for Xperi Inc is rooted in several key factors. Firstly, Xperi Inc’s third-quarter results were in line with his forecast, indicating a turning point in revenue that suggests the company has a strong operating leverage. This is an important factor as it indicates the company’s ability to generate profit from its operations. Additionally, despite concerns over Xperi’s exposure to the consumer electronics and pay TV industries, which could potentially hinder revenue growth, the segments reported sequential growth, dispelling these fears.

In addition to this, Xperi reported a third-quarter revenue of $130.4 million, which was close to Khorsand’s forecast of $130.9 million, and an adjusted EBITDA of $9.3 million. This shows that the company is performing well financially. Furthermore, the report indicates that Xperi has secured customer wins across all product categories, which Khorsand believes will lead to an increase in revenue and adjusted EBITDA growth in the year 2024. Therefore, based on these performance indicators and future growth prospects, Khorsand has given Xperi a buy rating.

In another report released today, Craig-Hallum also reiterated a Buy rating on the stock with a $15.00 price target.
