Zhitong Finance App News, Shouchuang Environmental Protection (600008.SH) announced that the company recently received the “Approval on the Registration of Renewable Corporate Bonds by Beijing Capital Ecological and Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. to publicly issue renewable corporate bonds to professional investors” issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“China Securities Regulatory Commission”). The China Securities Regulatory Commission agreed to the company's registration application for public issuance of renewable corporate bonds with a total face value of not more than 1 billion yuan to professional investors. The approval is valid for 24 months from the date of consent to registration.
