Gelonghui November 14th 丨Financial Street Properties (01502.HK) announced the following changes:
(1) Leung Kin-ping has resigned as a non-executive director due to changes in his work.LIANG JIANPINGThe resignation will take effect after the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held by the company in due course elects the new directors;
(2) The board of directors decided to nominate Song Ronghua as an executive director candidate, but only after approval by the company's shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders can it be confirmed.Song RonghuaThe term of office will run from the day of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders until the end of the second board of directors;
(3) In order to further enhance the company's corporate governance level and ensure good corporate governance, according to section C.2.1 of the Appendix 14 to the Stock Exchange's stock listing rules, Sun Jie, the executive director, chairman and general manager of the company has resigned as the company's general manager, but remains the executive director and chairman of the board. The resignation takes effect on November 14, 2023; and
(4)Song RonghuaHe has been appointed as the company's general manager. The appointment is effective from November 14, 2023, and the term of office is until the end of the second board of directors.
