Gelonghui November 13丨Hongan Real Estate (01243.HK) announced that the company expects to record an increase in profit attributable to parent company owners for the six months ending September 30, 2023, which is not less than 250% but not more than 300% higher than the profit attributable to parent company owners of the parent company of HK$67.6 million recorded in the Group's consolidated financial statements for the same period last year. This was mainly due to an increase in the performance of joint ventures attributable to the period, a decrease in financial asset impairment losses, and loss on investment in debt from the sale of properties not held for sale and the sale of debt investment losses recorded in other comprehensive income at fair value, but was partly offset by a decrease in gross profit due to a reduction in the delivery of property projects during the same period.
