Glonghui November 13丨Dongfeng Technology (600081.SH) announced that in order to better support the company's systematic development strategy and give full play to the company's professional management and operation advantages, the company and the parts group signed a “entrustment management agreement”, agreeing that the parts group holds 100% of the shares in Dongfeng Motor Chassis Systems Co., Ltd., 100% of Dongfeng Motor Fasteners Co., Ltd., 50% of Dongfeng Precision Foundry Co., Ltd., and 100% of Dongfeng Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd., Suzhou Dongfeng Precision Engineering Co., Ltd., 84.95% of the shares, Dongfeng Broze Part of the shareholder rights of 50% of the shares of Automobile Systems Co., Ltd., 100% of the shares of Dongfeng Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., 50% of the shares of Dongfeng Mold and Stamping Technology Co., Ltd., and the management rights of the General Foundry and Forging Branch of Dongfeng Auto Parts (Group) Co., Ltd. and the blade measuring tool branch of Dongfeng Auto Parts (Group) Co., Ltd. were entrusted to the company for exercise. The trusteeship period is three years. The company will charge corresponding entrustment management fees as agreed in the agreement. The annual entrustment management fee is 0.7% of the target company's audited operating income for the year. This hosting will not result in a change in the scope of the company's consolidated statements.
