Zhitong Finance App News, UK Healthcare (300677.SZ) announced that Inke Healthcare International (Hong Kong) Limited (“Inke International”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to sign the “EnvisionX Partners Fund, L.P. Settlement and Restored Limited Partnership Agreement” (“Partnership Agreement 1”) and related subscription agreements with EnvisionX GP, LLC to invest with its own capital EnvisionX Partners Fund, L.P. (“Partnership 1” or “Fund 1”). Partner 1 of this investment is a company established under the Delaware Limited Partnership Act (the Delaware Limited Partnership Act) in the US state of Traville, USA. The target fundraising scale is no more than US$150 million. Of this, Inco International will commit US$10 million as a limited partner (LP) of this partnership.
Inco International plans to sign the “Reached and Restated Exempted Limited Partnership Agreement” (“Partnership Agreement 2”) with PECO III Fund GP Ltd. (“Partnership Agreement 2”) and related subscription agreements to invest in North Private Haven Equity Co-Investment Investment Fund III (Cayman) LP (with its own funds) “Partnership 2” or “Fund 2”). Partner 2 of this investment is a Cayman Islands-exempt limited partnership with a target fund-raising scale of no more than US$1.5 billion. Of this, Inco International will commit US$20 million as a limited partner (LP) of the partnership.
