According to the news, MBV INTL announced that it plans to acquire 40% of the shares in Big Data Science (Beijing) at a cash cost of HK$57.22 million. It mainly helps physical enterprises establish and operate online stores on major e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu and Douyin by providing industry-specific software-as-a-service (SaaS), supply chain management, advertising and distribution services.
The board of directors believes that this acquisition of Big Group and its associated companies will help the Group to rapidly develop software service (SaaS) business, expand the scope of the Group's business, and bring new sources of revenue and performance growth to the Group through the second growth curve.
