Glonghui November 9 | Grandway Holdings (01348.HK) announced that Mr. Lau Ho-ming, the chairman of the company, has notified the board of directors of his retirement plan and that he will retire from his position as chairman and executive director of the company and member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee, effective from November 9, 2023. Ms. Lee Man-yee, who co-founded the group with Mr. Lau, has also notified the board of her retirement plans and will retire as a non-executive director of the company and be terminated as a member of the corporate governance committee, effective November 9, 2023.
Mr. Zhu Yunming has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company, the Nomination Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee, effective from November 9, 2023.
Ms Tang Yuen-ching, aged 54, is the company secretary of the company. She has also been appointed as the company's executive director and a member of the corporate governance committee, effective November 9, 2023.
