Kanger International Bhd, through its subsidiary KIB Global Resources, is set to acquire 15 serviced apartments in Genting Highlands from Aset Kayamas for RM19.77 million.
Aset Kayamas, the developer, intends to construct serviced apartments named Antara, Genting Highlands on the approximately 2.163-hectare freehold land.
This acquisition aligns with Kanger's property management business.
The agreement, effective from November 7, 2023, is expected to have a positive impact on the group's future earnings and earnings per share.
