According to the Zhitong Finance App, EPRINT Group (01884) announced that in the six months ending September 30, 2023, the group expects the group to obtain a loss of approximately HK$9.1 million from continuing operations attributable to corporate equity holders in the six months ending September 30, 2023, and a profit from continuing operations of approximately HK$1 million in the same period in 2022.
According to the Board of Directors, the losses were mainly due to the write-off of the Group's property, plant and equipment of about HK$4.4 million; confirmed impairment losses of about HK$3.7 million on the Group's financial assets measured at amortization costs; and the absence of government subsidies under the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Employment Assistance Scheme during this period.
