Gelonghui November 9th 丨China Youzan (08083.HK) announced that for the nine months ended September 30, 2023, the Group recorded revenue of approximately RMB 1,082 million. Among them, revenue from subscription solutions was about RMB 632 million, and revenue from merchant solutions was approximately RMB 448 million, an increase of 4.0% over the same period last year.

The Group's gross margin increased from 62.9% in the same period last year to 69.1%. The Group's operating loss was approximately RMB 31.735 million, a decrease of 93.8% from the operating loss of approximately RMB 510 million recorded in the same period last year.
In the first three quarters of 2023, total commodity transactions generated by merchants through favorable solutions reached about RMB 74.9 billion, an increase of about 1% year-on-year over the same period in 2022. The total amount of commodity transactions in the store SaaS business was about RMB 37.2 billion, accounting for 50% of total commodity transactions, an increase of about 19% over the previous year. The average sales volume of a single merchant in the first three quarters of 2023 was about RMB 1.12 million, an increase of about 35% over the previous year.
As of September 30, 2023, the number of stock payment merchants in the Group was 66,628. Among them, the proportion of merchants subscribed to e-commerce SaaS was about 66%; the proportion of merchants subscribed to SaaS in stores was about 34%. The number of new payment merchants added in the first three quarters of 2023 was 16,147. Among them, new e-commerce SaaS payment merchants accounted for 62% of the total number of new payment merchants, and new payment merchants for store SaaS accounted for 38% of the total number of new payment merchants.
