On November 9, Gelonghui (600426.SH) announced that Hualu Hengsheng () announced that the company's holding subsidiary Hualu Hengsheng (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “holding subsidiary”) park gas power platform project and synthesis gas comprehensive utilization project have completed all processes, produced qualified products, and entered the trial production stage.
The project uses coal as raw material, uses internationally advanced multi-nozzle coal water slurry gasification technology with independent intellectual property rights, and constructs 4 coal gasifiers and supporting equipment, supporting the construction of 2 sets of air separation devices, 3 high-temperature and high-pressure pulverized coal boilers, and public works facilities. According to the feasibility study report, the project is estimated to have a total investment of 5.924 billion yuan. The project construction capital will be covered by the holding subsidiary's own capital and bank loans.
The park's gas power platform project and synthetic gas comprehensive utilization project are the first batch of projects at Hualu Hengsheng's Jingzhou base. It can produce 1 million tons of urea, 1 million tons of acetic acid, 150,000 tons of dimethylformamide (DMF), and 150,000 tons of methylene mixed amine per year. The completion and commissioning of the two projects will further enhance the company's core competitiveness and lay a solid foundation for the later development of the Jingzhou base. It is in line with the company's development strategy and long-term plans, and has good economic and social benefits.
