Gelonghui November 9th 丨OKURA HOLDINGS (01655.HK) announced that on November 9, 2023, the buyer (an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company) entered into an acquisition agreement. According to this, the buyer has agreed to buy and the seller (G.K. Shunan Kaihatsu* (contract company developed in Shunan)) has agreed to sell trust beneficial interests using such properties as related entrusted assets at a cost of 935 million yen (including consumption tax) (subject to adjustment).
Details of these properties are as follows: (i) three sites located in Azakaisakuminami, Oazakuriya, Shunan-shi, Yamaguchi Hospitality, Japan, with a total area of about 8,952 square meters, together with about 34 square meters of irrigation channels; and (ii) four-storey buildings and single-storey warehouses with a total construction area of about 7,406 square meters and 118 square meters respectively built on the land.
