From November 8 to 10, ChinaReplas 2023, the 6th China International Plastics Recycling Exhibition was held in Ningbo. Plastics Exchange, a subsidiary of Zhuoer Zhilian, and its strategic partner Shuangwei Environmental Protection participated in the exhibition to display and promote 18 kinds of recycled plastic products on site, providing innovative solutions for the green development of the plasticizing industry chain.
ChinaRePlas is a specialized exhibition for the recycled plastics industry. The exhibition area is over 10,000 square meters. At the exhibition site, Chemical Plastic Hui and Shuangwei Environmental Protection showcased high-quality recycled plastic products such as small hollow PE, pipe PE, miscellaneous PP, and mucosal granular LLDPE, etc., and had in-depth exchanges and conveyed cooperation intentions with customers to further promote the concept of green environmental protection and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
Responding positively to the country's “double carbon” policy, Chemical Plastics Exchange and Shuangwei Environmental Protection have built a pilot park for the recycled plastics industry integrating R&D, production, sales and service. Adhering to the business goals of “stable supply, stable quality, and standardized service processes”, the park covers an area of 51 acres, is equipped with 38 special equipment, and produces an average of 2,500 tons of recycled plastic pellets and 3,000 tons of sheets per month. Its downstream customers cover fields such as grilles, pipelines, pipes, coils, cables, and home appliance parts. The supply and marketing network covers the world, and has passed multiple ISO management system certifications and GRS global recycling standards certification.
In August of this year, the two sides also jointly built a recycled plastic digital cloud factory, using digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and the Internet of Things to provide the factory with integrated industrial chain services such as raw material procurement, production management, product sales, and supply chain financial docking. It runs through the entire chain of online processes such as recycling and sorting of waste plastics from the source, graded entry of raw materials, standardized factory production management, platform sales, and back-end front-end warehouse distribution. Digitalization is used to achieve supply chain sales based on demand, production by sales, and production. Through upstream, middle and downstream linkage, integration of industry and finance, and digital integration, the recycling of supply chain resources is promoted, and enterprises in the entire industry chain can improve efficiency and quality, digital upgrading, and green and low-carbon development.
