Yuedong Fidong (06860) announced that Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. has resigned as the company auditor, effective November 8, 2023, since the company and Zhonghui Anda were unable to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
The company's board of directors voted to appoint China Global Accounting Firm Limited as the new auditor after the recommendation of the Audit Committee to fill the temporary vacancies immediately following the resignation of Zhonghui Anda for a term of office until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
