According to the Zhitong Finance App, Super Smart Holdings (01402) issued an announcement. It is expected that the Group will earn a net loss of about HK$3 million in the six months ending September 30, 2023, and a net profit of about HK$2 million for the six months ending September 30, 2022.
According to the announcement, the expected net loss is mainly due to a decrease in operating profit of about HK$1 million; an increase in employee costs of about HK$2 million; no longer due to the receipt of a one-time subsidy of HK$600,000 from the Government's Anti-epidemic Fund during the reporting period; and an increase in net exchange losses of about HK$400,000.
