Gelonghui November 8th 丨Zhongyi International (02341.HK) announced that on October 27, 2023, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that the Stock Exchange Listing Committee had decided to reject the company's request to extend the resumption period and cancel the company's listing status in accordance with section 6.01A of the listing rules (the “Decision”).
On November 6, 2023, the company submitted a written request to the Stock Exchange in accordance with Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules to refer the decision and rejection request to the Listing Review Committee for review by the Listing Review Committee. At the request of the company, trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange was suspended at 9:00 a.m. on April 4, 2022 (Monday), and trading will continue to be suspended until further notice.
