After considering the Group's current cash flow, the board of directors believes that the company has sufficient cash flow to pay special dividends. Other than the small expenses arising from the payment of the special dividend, the board believes that the payment of the special dividend will not have any significant adverse effect on the financial position of the Group, nor will it involve a reduction in any of the company's statutory or issued share capital or reduction in the face value of the company's shares, or cause any change in the trading arrangements for the shares concerned.
