According to the recommendations of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Yongtuo Fuxin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company auditor, effective November 6, 2023, to fill the vacant resignation of Xin Yongzhong. The term of office is until the end of the company's next annual shareholders' meeting.
