Yincheng International Holdings (01902) announced that Ernst & Young has proposed to resign as the company auditor, effective November 1, 2023.
As of the date of this announcement, the Group has reached an oral agreement with the two suppliers on the progress of the relevant property projects completed by them, and continues discussions with the remaining relevant suppliers and affiliated companies on how to resolve differences and provide outstanding documents. Additionally, the company is looking for suitable candidates to fill the vacancies in the company's finance team after the change in personnel.
Trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
