Gelonghui November 6 | Xiangsheng Holding Group (02599.HK) announced that in October 2023, (i) the total contract sales volume owned by the Group was about RMB 1,701 million; (ii) the total contract sales volume owned by the Group was about RMB 1,701 million; (ii) the construction area of the contract owned by the Group was about 125,943 square meters; and (iii) the average contract price of the owned group was approximately RMB 13,507 per square meter.
For the 10 months ended October 31, 2023, (i) the total sales volume of contracts owned by the Group was approximately RMB 13,650 million; (ii) the contracted construction area under the Group was about 1,007,003 square meters; and (iii) the average contract sales price of the owned group was approximately RMB 13,556 per square meter.
