According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Red Packet (08316) released interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. The group achieved profit of HK$53.642 million, an increase of 78.65% over the previous year; profit for the period was HK$1,052 million, compared to a loss of HK$7.211 million in the same period last year; and a profit of 0.1 HK cents per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue is mainly due to the launch of new business in the Chinese Internet service industry in the six months ending September 30, 2023 and new basic projects undertaken by the Group.
