Base Championship Group (08460) announced that on April 20, 2023, Junji Engineering, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a deal with Da-yi Company as the buyer. Da-yi Company sold and the buyer purchased a total of 3 dump trucks at a total cost of HK$2.09 million.
On May 25, 2023, the buyer entered into transaction 2 with Zhiye Engineering. Zhiye Engineering sold and the buyer purchased a total of 4 dump trucks at a total cost of HK$2.69 million;
On June 2, 2023, the buyer entered into transaction 3 with Zhiye Engineering. Zhiye Engineering sold and the buyer purchased a total of 5 dump trucks at a total cost of HK$3.55 million; and
On June 8, 2023, the buyer entered into transaction 4 with Zhiye Engineering. Zhiye Engineering sold and the buyer purchased a total of 2 dump trucks at a total cost of HK$1.42 million.
Under various such transactions, the company purchased dump trucks for daily use in the Group's foundation projects at various construction sites in Hong Kong.
