Gongyi Water was founded on January 30, 2007, and is mainly engaged in tap water production (projects subject to approval according to law; business activities can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments).
The directors believe that the potential sale and the transactions to be carried out thereunder will be made in accordance with general commercial terms, be fair and reasonable, and meet the overall interests of the company and shareholders.
