Anhui Pacific's main business is the research and development, production, sales and service of wires and cables. its main products are railway signal cables, rail transit vehicle cables, new energy automobile cables and other special cables. The target company has obtained various certifications such as CQC of China quality Certification Center, CRCC of China Railway Inspection and Certification Center Co., Ltd., UL of USA, TUV of Germany, CE of EU, etc., and has customers in railway signal, rail transit, new energy vehicles and other fields. If this transaction is successful, it will further expand the company's product layout and application areas, and achieve resource integration and complementarity in product structure, qualification certification, market expansion and other aspects, so as to enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness in the wire and cable industry.
