On November 1, 2018, Yu Sheng Culture (01859.HK) announced the winding-up petition against the company. The Company and the Petitioner have signed and filed with the High Court a consent summons dated 29 September 2023 in which they agreed, inter alia, to withdraw the Petition and cancel the hearing of the Petition originally scheduled for 22 November 2023. On 31 October 2023, the Company received a sealed order from the High Court dated 16 October 2023, in which the High Court ordered the withdrawal of the Petition and the cancellation of the hearing.
In addition, the company's shares continue to be suspended.
