The Board of Directors of the Company considers that the above losses during the period are mainly due to the combined impact of (I) the decrease in the number of design and decoration projects during the period; and (ii) the recognition of an impairment loss of approximately HK $1 million in respect of trade receivables (same period last year: reversal of HK $500000).
