November 1, 2011301037.SZ announced that in view of the fact that the initial public offering of Shanghai Baolijia Chemical Co., Ltd. to raise funds for the investment project "annual output of 280000 tons of waterborne acrylic emulsion production base construction project" has reached the scheduled state, the company has concluded the project. The company will permanently replenish the current funds by raising 109062.24 yuan of savings (including interest income, the actual amount shall be subject to the balance of the special account on the day when the funds are transferred out) for the daily business activities of the company, and at the same time cancel the relevant special account for raising funds.
