Zhitong Financial App News, ISP GLOBAL (08487) announced that all the conditions contained in the placing Agreement have been met and that the completion of the placing has been implemented on October 31, 2023 in accordance with the terms of the placing Agreement. Under the placing Agreement, a total of 143 million placing shares (equivalent to approximately 13.63% of the issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement) have been successfully placed to not less than six Placees at the placing price of HK $0.202 per placing share.
It is learnt that the net proceeds from the placement are estimated to be about HK $28.2 million.
