Gelonghui October 31China Nuclear Energy Technology (00611.HK) announced that Lixin Dehao resigned as its auditor on October 31, 2023 because the company and Lixin Dehao failed to agree on the audit fees for the year ended December 31, 2023.
The Board further announces that, in accordance with the Bye-laws and the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Ernst & Young has been appointed as the new auditor of the Company on 31 October 2023 to fill the temporary vacancy after the resignation of Lixin Dehao, and will remain in office until the end of the next annual general meeting of the company.
