As a result, the company will not be able to issue an announcement on the audited annual results for 2022 and send the 2022 annual report before the end of October 2023 in accordance with the original schedule set out in these announcements.
As the publication of the audited annual results for 2022 has been further delayed and the unaudited interim results for 2023 and the interim report for 2023 will contain certain audited financial information for the audited annual results for 2022, it is expected that the company will not be able to publish the unaudited interim results for 2023 and send the interim report for 2023 by the end of October 2023 in accordance with the original schedule set out in these announcements.
The company now expects to publish and send its audited annual results for 2022, annual report for 2022, interim results for 2023 and interim report for 2023 by the end of December 2023.
