It is preliminarily estimated that the total number of shares involved in the company's employee stock ownership plan will not exceed the current number of shares in the company's repurchase special securities account, that is, no more than 0.3% of the company's total share capital. The specific shareholding scale will be subject to the subsequent review and disclosure of the draft employee stock ownership plan and the actual subscription contributions of the employees.The stock of the employee stock ownership plan comes from the shares that have been repurchased by the company's special securities account.
