Gelonghui October 31China Zhuchen 81(00810.HK) announced that Yang Zhuoguang will retire as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the Company with effect from 1 November 2023 after reaching retirement age, so as to spend more time with his family and pursue other hobbies and interests. Yeung will also cease to be a member of the Executive Committee of the Company with effect from 1 November 2023.
Leung Yiu Wah will retire as Chief Financial Officer and one of the Joint Company Secretaries of the Company with effect from 1 November 2023 after approximately 10 years of continuous service in order to have more time to pursue other target opportunities and interests. Leung will also cease to be a member of the Investment Committee of the Company with effect from 1 November 2023.
