Yatianni Group (00789) announced that Chen Long has been appointed as an executive director, chairman of the Board, member of the nomination committee and member of the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from 30 October 2023.
Concurrently with the appointment of Mr. Chen, Xie Haizhou, an executive Director, resigned as the chairman and a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
