Equity transfer agreement", the company agreed to transfer through a non-public agreement to acquire 212 million yuan of China Logistics Group's 100% stake in the supply chain group.
The announcement said that this equity acquisition will help the company to quickly obtain the qualification of logistics business related to road transport, large-piece transportation, and so on, and help the company to strengthen business coordination by relying on the advantages of supply chain groups in engineering project logistics and other business areas.
