00230.HK announced on October 30th that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies, recorded contract sales of about 8.75 billion yuan in the first nine months of 2023, a year-on-year decline of 5.5%. The corresponding total contract floor area is about 411000 square meters, an annual increase of about 13.5%.
