According to the Zhitong Finance App, Coolpad Group (02369) announced that Zeng Qingyun has proposed to resign as the company's joint company secretary, authorized representative under listing rules, and authorized representative under company regulations, effective from October 29, 2023.
Following his resignation, Ma Fei (another current joint company secretary of the company with the company secretary qualifications and experience as stipulated in section 3.28 of the listing rules) will remain in office and serve as the company's sole company secretary.
Following Zeng Qingyun's resignation, the board of directors has appointed the company's executive director, CEO and chairman Chen Jiajun as the authorized representative under the listing rules and authorized representative under the company regulations, effective from October 29, 2023.
