01013.HK announced that Mr. Lin Qingqu has resigned as chairman, chief executive and executive director of the company in order to devote more time to his personal affairs. Mr. Lam Ka Chun has been appointed as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company with effect from 27 October 2023.
With effect from 27 October 2023, Mr. Lin Qingqu has ceased to be the authorized representative and agent of the company under Rule 3.05 of the listing rules. Mr. Lam has been appointed as the authorized representative and agent with effect from 27 October 2023.
