Guangshang Culture Holdings (08082) announced that on March 15, 2023 and May 15, 2023, Guangshang Entertainment Asia Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a performance contract with Chess Entertainment Concert Limited (Chess player Entertainment). Chess player Entertainment will provide entertainer performance services (this service) to the Group for the entertainment activities organized by the Group. On June 30th, 2023, the Group confirmed that the advance payment for Chess player Entertainment received a total of HK $84 million as the consideration for the service.
It is reported that Chess Man Entertainment is a limited company registered in Macao, mainly engaged in providing services related to the organization of music-related entertainment activities.
